Land Rover is selling a revamped version of the Range Rover Evoque, a vehicle length of 4.36 meters-looking SUV that started shipping in 2011.It is available from 34 840 euro with a diesel engine of 150 horsepower and five-door body. Versions with three-door body (called "Coupe") are 1030 euros more expensive.

The engine range remains unchanged. It consists of two 2.2-liter diesel engine, with 150 or 190 hp (versions "TD4" and "SD4" respectively), and a 2.0 liter petrol with 240 hp (version "B4"). The more affordable version («TD4" with 150 hp and FWD) has a higher price than a BMW X1 sDrive 18d (143 hp) and Audi Q3 2.0 TDI (140 hp) and below that of a Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class 200 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY (143 hp). If we consider the version "SD4" 190 hp and AWD, the result is similar: its price is higher than a BMW X1 xDrive 20d (184 hp) and an Audi Q3 2.0 TDI quattro (177 hp) and below of a Mercedes-Benz GLK 220 CDI 4MATIC BlueEFFICIENCY (170 hp).

The most important new model 2014 are the addition of a box of nine-speed automatic transmission, a new system of total switchable traction and an increase in available systems of driving aids. The changes are barely noticeable appearance.

The gearbox nine relationships, designed by ZF (model 'ZF HP9 ") is optional on the diesel-engined versions (" TD4 "and" SD4 ") and represents a payout of 2460 euros. In the petrol version ("B4") is standard. Land Rover does not indicate the development of late March, though, judging by the information you see in  this picture , it seems that is greater than 60 km / h per 1000 rpm. There is already a model for sale in Spain with box nine relationships, the Mercedes-Benz E 350 BlueTEC.

The new AWD system called "Active Driveline" (an optional). Is a system that transmits using a Haldex coupling 100% of the engine torque to the front axle when the speed exceeds 35 km / h and the conditions of adhesion are optimal. When it detects loss of traction diverts a portion of the torque to the rear axle. The system response time is 300 milliseconds.

The option 'Active Driveline "also includes an electronic differential that distributes engine power between the two rear wheels.

On the other hand, there is a system called "Torque Vectoring by Braking" which, using the brakes, adjust the rotation of each of the four wheels independently in order to provide enhanced cornering agility. This system is standard on all models equipped with "Active Driveline" conventional all-wheel drive and the engine "SD4" and "B4".

There are seven new systems available driving aids. These are: "Parking Exit 'helps you out of a parking space online," Perpendicular Park "helps when parking in battery, an active developer of speed alert function scope and braking aid emergency detector objects in the blind spot mirrors; alert involuntary change lanes, signal recognition system, and "Wade Sensig", a system that uses sensors placed on the mirror tells the driver the water level in a wading.
