Renault will release in early 2014 an update of the Megane. To date, the manufacturer has said it only changes appearance. For example, the brand logo is larger, the headlights are different and also the grill. The 10th of September, during the Frankfurt Automobile Show (List with all the news), Renault will unveil all the news for this new model.
The update affects the Berlina body styles (five-door), Sport Tourer (familiar) and coupe (three door). The model convertible, Coupe-Cabriolet, remains unchanged. All versions of Mégane body are manufactured in Palencia, except the Coupé-Cabriolet is manufactured in Douai (France).
Renault holds in this model trim levels and the sporty GT RS, and also have changes, such as the headlights are decorated with shiny black tone.
This Renault Megane is part of the fourth generation of this model. Originally released in 2009 (information) and received minor changes in 2012 (information). The model presented in this article is, therefore, the second update to get the current generation Megane. In this link there is information all Mégane that are no longer sold.
